Application and proof: 

(1) It is always necessary to fill out the following document according to your Study and Examination Regulations.

    Immatriculation since WiSe 24/25: Accreditation/Recognition of study and examination achievements

    Immatriculation until SoSe 2024: Accreditation/Recognition of study and examination achievements 

(2) The following documents are required to verify eligibility for recognition: 

• Proof of the examination result
• Proof of the teaching goals and contents (detailed module description)
• Proof of student workload and credits (according to ECTS)

(3) In the case of "Recognition ex officio" the listed documents are required as well. The change of the study program within ur faculty is an exception.

Submission when applying for the 1st Semester: 

Application form and required documents must be submitted digitally as a PDF by e-mail to pruefungsamt-ww@ovgu.de and toni.richter@ovgu.de.

Submission when applying for a higher semester: 

Application form ("Recognition for change of study program") and required documents must be uploaded as a PDF together with your main application to "myOVGU".

Results:

• The type and extent of the recognition ( achievements, grades, number of credit points ) including semster placement will be delivered postal.
