Welcome to the Faculty of Economics!

Dear students,

In order to enable a successful start of your studies and thus to facilitate the beginning of your new phase of life, the introduction days for the winter semester 2026/2027 will take place at the FWW in the period from October, 5th, 2026 to October, 9th, 2026. All dates for these introduction days, as well as important information about orientation at OVGU, can be found on the following website. There are also other interesting event offerings during the first week of lectures!

It starts on Monday, October,5th, 2026 at 2.00 p.m. in building 22, lecture hall 2 with the central opening event of the FEM and the welcome by the Faculty Commissioner for Research Affairs, Prof. Dr. Andreas Knabe. The event will take place in presence and in English.
