"Most Inspirational Paper Award" for Ida-Anna Thiele and Christopher Schlägel

At the annual conference of the European Academy of Management (EURAM 2025) in Florence, the research paper authored by Ida-Anna Thiele, M. Sc., and Prof. Christopher Schlägel, both members of the Chair of Behavioral International Management, was honored with the Most Inspirational Paper Award in the Strategic Management Track “Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Digital Ecosystems.” Congrats from the Faculty! The paper, titled “Disentangling the Information Technology Capability-Firm Performance Relationship: A Meta-Analysis,” was selected by the reviewers based on its originality, relevance, theoretical and methodological accuracy, and clarity.
